Started a health diet.
Jogging in the early morning, eating everything except "stress food"..
Pretty interesting.. Let's see how long it will last :)
Dark bread, low fat milk products, a lot of water and food rich with vitamins on top of exercise .. is it Fun? ... YEAH ! Its fun alhamdulillah :)
I love the fresh air in the morning and everything is so beautiful and green.. *deeep sigh*.....:) mashAllah..
